This package is for the Bride & Groom that have are already planned everything, booked your vendors, ceremony and reception
locations. This package includes eightteen (18) hours of Wedding Planning and Coordinator services covering vendor communications & timeline execution of the Pre-Wedding, Wedding Ceremony
and Reception locations, so that you can enjoy your Special Day!
Planning Meeting:
Two (2) hours of services.
* Coordination officially starts one (1) month
before your wedding day.
- Meet one month before the wedding, two (2) hours to gain a clear understanding of the vision, goals and requirements
for your Special Day.
Pre-Wedding: nine (9) hours of services.
- Guidance and support from us via email and phone one
month prior to the wedding day & unlimited vendor referrals.
- Ceremony and reception locations Walk-through with the assigned Wedding Planner and Event Coordinator to discuss
event in detail, two (2) hours total, and one (1) hour per location.
- Develop a detailed ceremony and wedding reception
itinerary for your wedding party & all your vendors.
- Work closely with your vendors two weeks prior to
wedding day and confirm vendor contracts.
- Final Details meeting, one week prior to the wedding, two (2) hours.
- Facilitate Wedding Rehearsal, one to two days prior
to the wedding, one (1) hour.
- “Day Of” Wedding Coordination four (4) hours of
coverage leading up to the ceremony with two coordinators overseeing your Special Day.
Wedding Ceremony & Reception
Coordination: Seven (7) hours of services.
- Keep your Wedding Party on task throughout the
day.
- Coordinate all setup with vendors to ensure your
ceremony and reception run as planned.
- Ensure that all vendor setup and deliveries are on
time and completed as planned for the ceremony.
- Assist Wedding Coordinator with all ceremony related
tasks according to the guidelines of the church.
- Setup of guest book, escort/place cards,
favors, table numbers, menu cards, etc. according to the reception locations floorplan.
- Coordinate with emcee and DJ to ensure your reception
runs as planned.

and one (1) Event Coordinator.

This package is for the Bride & Groom that have done most of the planning and booked your vendors, but would like our Wedding
Planners and Event Coordinators to step in a little earlier to provide additional assistance. In addition to everything in the previous package, this package also includes the
following:
You'll receive everything in our first package, plus our guidance and support two (2) months before your wedding date, and three (3) additional in-person consultation
hours totaling six (8) hours (each consultation is 2 hours)! Our goal is to work with you earlier to make certain that all of your wedding details and vision is achieved so you can enjoy your
Special Day.
Pre-Wedding

- Attend a two hour introductory meeting two months before the wedding day to gain a clear understanding of the vision,
goals and requirements for your Special Day.
- Schedule one of three Pre-Wedding meetings, to review
timelines, meet with vendors, meet at the ceremony or reception location to review styling & design concepts.
- Final Details meeting, one week prior to the wedding, additional two (2) hours, totaling four (4)
hours.
- “Day Of” Wedding Coordination eight (8) hours
of coverage leading up to the ceremony with two coordinators overseeing your Special Day.
Wedding Day Set-up &
Coordination
- Oversee all details before the event including setup
of event elements (guest book, program, placecards, etc.), review roles with ushers, work with and cue the wedding party, coordinate with musicians & officiant, oversee all vendor
setup.
- Facilitate a seamless transition between the
ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.
- Keep the Wedding Party on task during the grand
entrance and throughout the reception.
- Ensure tables and stage areas are set up by
appropriate staff according to floor plan.
- Coordinate with emcee and DJ to ensure your reception
flows smoothly
- Coordinate all gifts and cards with
caretaker.

This package is
for the Bride & Groom that have secured their venue and/or some vendors, but would love our Wedding Planners and Event Coordinators to assist with finalizing
the remaining vendors. This includes designing a cohesive theme & style for an unforgettable and memorable wedding!
You will receive
everything in our previous packages, plus our unlimited guidance and support from the contracted date, and a total of fifteen (15) consultation hours. In addition to the lists above, this package
also includes the following:
- Consult & collaborate with
the Bride & Groom and each vendor and discuss the wedding style & décor.
- Establish color combinations, theme & design
concepts.
- Develop & prioritize the wedding
budget.
- Unlimited vendor referrals that fit within
the Bride & Groom overall theme & budget.
- Coordinate with emcee and DJ to ensure your reception
flows smoothly
- Coordinate all gifts and cards with the
caretaker.
